For reservations please contact us directly at 512-273-2540. Holiday Reservations will require a 3 day
deposit.

Please note: All dogs picked up after 11:00 am are charged for the next day. We do this in order to be able to prepare for incoming dogs.

For dropping off Boarding dogs, any time in the hours of operation although if they are to be fed dinner, before 4 pm is preferred. Pick ups after 11 am are charged for another day. Our front gate closes at the appropriate closing time for that day (see hours).

For Training dogs, we like to schedule the drops and pick-ups of the Board & Train clients so that we have plenty of time to
visit with you about your dog. When you drop off, we need as much information from you about your
dog as you can provide. This will help us to determine his training goals. When it’s time for you to come
pick up your dog, we will need about an hour to go over everything that your dog has learned and then
transfer the role of instructor over to you so those appointments need to be scheduled with the trainer.

Every dog is different and comes with his own set of behaviors that will affect the way he learns.
Depending on the package and time that your dog will be here, each dog’s progress will differ. Because
humans and canines are free thinking, it would be like asking if school teachers have a guarantee that
students will pass. We have a curriculum that consists of our commands, manners, training sessions throughout
the day, and respect for the commands as well as people. This will be transferred to you during private
lessons. After they go home it is up to you to follow our direction and do your homework. We guarantee
your dog will have knowledge of the words and that we will be here to help transfer what your dog hasĀ learned.
The rest is up to you, and some changes in your household may need to be made. If you are still struggling when you take your dog home, a home visit may be necessary in order for us to address the problem in your environment.

Absolutely, we just ask that you label it clearly. If your stay is extended, a large bag of your dog food with his name clearly written on the bag is sufficient. Treats will be given once a day. The exception to this are the Board and Train dogs. Because we sometime train with food, we monitor how much food your dogs gets. We need to keep those dogs food motivated.

You can certainly come and visit our facility anytime during regular business hours. Our welcoming staff will be delighted
to take you on an informative tour. If you live far away, an appointment is best as we can be out in the field training and no one at the kennel building.

We do have climate controlled crating for those needing it. While the kennel itself is not climate controlled, we do monitor extreme heat and cold spells closely.

If it is boarding only, we absolutely can put family members together. We have large runs that will accommodate 2 large breed dogs and up to 3 smaller dogs. All dogs must get along at meal times as we will not separate them to feed. If any dog shows aggression to one of the other dogs at any time, we will separate them and charge accordingly.

However, in the Board & Train environment, during training, we need to be able to control every aspect of the
dog’s environment and to have the dogs ready to learn all throughout the day. We cannot maintain that
control if family members are rough-housing and playing in the kennel runs during their off time.

Yes, we can accommodate pets with special needs such as diabetics, geriatric pets, pets in heat, or other
pets needing special care. Please discuss your pet’s special needs with us when you book your reservation.
